Re Dividend



Further to the announcement of results for the year ended 31 Jan 2008, the
Company confirms that, subject to approval at the AGM on 3 July 2008, the final
dividend of 1.1p per share will be paid to Shareholders, on the register as at
25 April 2008, on 8 July 2008. The ex dividend date will be 23 April 2008.
