Zaldiva to Hold First Open House Featuring Investors, Financial Consultants
and Media in Celebration of the Release of the New Iron Man Movie
Open house will include artists, autograph signings, Iron Man collectible

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Zaldiva(TM),

News), a specialty and online retailer of new and vintage Pop Culture
collectibles, comic books and memorabilia announced today that it will be
holding an open house on May 2nd, 2008 in conjunction with the release of the
new Iron Man movie. The event will last from 4pm to 8pm and will be held at
its headquarters at 331 Commercial Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Complimentary wine and cheese will be available for adults in the VIP area.
The open house will also kick off a series of investor-related events
including seminars, trade-shows and due-diligence meetings.
In celebration of the movie's release, Zaldiva will be giving graphic
novels of the "Ultimate Iron Man" series 1 to lucky winners. The Ultimate Iron
Man series was written by the award winning science fiction author Orson Scott
Card (Enders Game, Lost Boys) and is currently in the middle of its second
series. Zaldiva has recently acquired Iron Man collectibles that will also be
awarded.
Zaldiva artists Joe Bananaz and Dan Bascobert will be on hand to answer
questions, sign autographs and display their most recent creations. Joe
Bananaz is slated to describe the new Zaldiva comic strip and its characters
while Dan Bascobert will talk about his prior relationships and artwork with
notables such as Charles Schultz, Dan Marino and the Florida Marlins
Association.
"We chose the Iron Man release date for our open house because it
demonstrates the direct connection between movies, comic books and
collectibles," said Nicole Leigh-van Coller, President of Zaldiva. "Zaldiva
will not only be giving copies of The Ultimate Iron Man graphic novel and
collectibles to winners of drawings, but any purchase made during the event
will be entitled to a 5% discount," she added.
The company anticipates announcing additional special guests and features
to its first open house in the weeks to come.
The event is also an opportunity for investors and financial consultants
to get a hands-on view of the company and its operations. The company's
business consulting partner Capital Concepts Group, LLC is using the open
house as a platform to launch a series of financial relations events on behalf
