Re:  Appointment & Resignation of Directors



The Directors of Moon Light Capital Ltd, the Investment Manager of Moon Light
Capital Japan Fund(the "Trust") wish to announce the appointment of Shinji
Kurose as a Director to the Investment Manager of the Trust, with effect from
October 18,  2007.



The Directors of the Investment Manager of the Trust also wish to announce the
resignation of Katsumi Tonotsuka with effect from 28 September, 2007, Akihiko
Okazaki with effect from December 31, 2006 and Satoshi Someya with effect from
August 24, 2005 as Directors to the Investment Manager of the Trust.




Shinji Kurose, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, joined the
Investment Manager in October 2007.  He began his career at Osakaya Securities
(currently known as Cosmo Securities) following graduation from Kansai Gakuin
University's Economics Department in 1976.  He subsequently moved to ABN AMRO
securities where he was a managing director with responsibility for
institutional sales.  After leaving ABN AMRO Securitites, Mr. Kurose joined
Kokusai Securities (currently known as Mitsubishi UFJ Securities) where he also
served as a managing director with responsibility for institutional sales.
Following the merger of Kokusai Securities and Tokyo-Mitsubishi Securities, he
joined Commerz Securities where he was managing director with responsibility for
equity policy support.  Commerz Securities ceased business in Japan in June 2003
whereupon Mr Kurose joined Orix Securities where he created the financial
corporation department and was active in developing a sales network particularly
for regional Japanese banks.



Shinji Kurose has never:



   (i)        had any unspent convictions in relation to indictable offences; or

 (ii)        been bankrupt or the subject of a voluntary arrangement, or has had
a receiver appointed to any of his assets; or

(iii)        been a director of any company which, while he was a director with
an executive function or within 12 months after he ceased to be a director with
an executive function, had a receiver appointed or went into compulsory
liquidation, creditors voluntary liquidation, administration or company
voluntary arrangements, or made any composition or arrangements with its
creditors generally or with any class of its creditors; or

(iv)        been a partner of any partnership, which while he was a partner or
within 12 months after he ceased to be a partner, went into compulsory
liquidation, administration or partnership voluntary arrangement, or had a
receiver appointed to any partnership asset;

 (v)        had any public criticism by statutory or regulatory authorities
(including recognised professional bodies); or

(vi)        been disqualified by a court from acting as a director or from
acting in the management or conduct of affairs of any company.



A list of past and current directorships and partnerships held by Shinji Kurose
over the past 5 years is available for inspection on request for a period of 14
days from the date of this announcement from J&E Davy, Davy House, 49 Dawson
Street, Dublin 2.



This change in directors of the Investment Manager of the Trust was not
previously notified to the Irish Stock Exchange due to an administrative
oversight.
