Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited holds 3,160,000 shares

Arron Banks and Paul Chase-Gardener are connected to both Rock Holdings Limited
and Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited, being major shareholders of Rock
Holdings Limited. Rock Holdings Limited is a major shareholder of Southern Rock
Insurance Company Limited.
