Former Action Sports Media Parent Completes Restructure

ALCOA, Tenn.--(Business Wire)--
Gameday Media, LLC (Gameday), the former owner of Action Sports
Media, announced today that Gameday has been restructured to
streamline its operations and will operate under a new name effective
immediately.

   Gameday's name has been changed to SportsMyx Holdings, LLC
(SportsMyx). SportsMyx will continue to be headquartered in Alcoa
(Knoxville), Tenn., and will serve as the holding company for
SportsMyx' operating subsidiaries. SportsMyx Chairman and CEO Gordon
Whitener and CFO Jerry Felix will continue to oversee business
operations while pursuing new opportunities for the company in the
media industry.

   "Given the evolution of our company over the past few years,
including several acquisitions and start-ups and the sale of Action
Sports Media, we wanted to take this next step to create better
efficiencies internally and for our clients," said Gordon Whitener.

reorganization helps us achieve that primary focus," he continued.
