HP, Office Depot, AOL, UPS Among Finalists for Uptime Institute's Green Computing Awards

       Keynotes for Institute's April Green Enterprise Computing

At its third annual Green Enterprise Computing Symposium, April
27-30, Orlando, Fla., the Uptime Institute will announce winners of
the first Green Enterprise IT Awards, honoring organizations that are
pioneering energy-efficiency improvements in their data center
operations.

   The Uptime Institute is a leading research-based think-tank and
corporate advisory on the business and technology issues related to
critical computing environment reliability and energy efficiency. The
Symposium, which includes the participation of nearly 400 senior
executives from data center owning corporations, design and
engineering firms, as well as the leading IT developers and
manufacturers, will focus on establishing industry benchmarks and
standards for improving energy efficiency in data centers.
