Life Time Fitness, Inc. (NYSE: LTM) today announced that the
Company will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Thursday,
April 24, 2008. The meeting will occur at 1:00 p.m. (CT) at the
Company's corporate headquarters, located at 2902 Corporate Place in
Chanhassen, Minnesota. The meeting also will be Web cast and may be
accessed via the Company's Investor Relations section of its Web site
at www.lifetimefitness.com.

A replay of the Web cast will be available beginning at
approximately 4:00 p.m. (CT) on April 24, 2008, and remain available
for 30 days.
