Visteon Honors 23 Global Suppliers for Outstanding Performance

Visteon Corporation (NYSE: VC) honored 23 companies around the world for their
outstanding overall performance in providing products and services to the
global automotive supplier in 2007.

Representatives of the 23 supplier companies were presented with Visteon
Important Partner Awards in an April 16 ceremony at Visteon's Corporate
Offices and Innovation Center in Van Buren Township, Mich. (U.S.) Of the
Visteon suppliers honored, eight are based in the Asia-Pacific region, six in
Europe, five in North America, and four in South America.
Chin Poon Industrial Co., Ltd., based in Tao-Yuan, Taiwan, was honored as
Global Visteon Important Partner of the Year - Visteon's highest supplier
honor. A Visteon supplier since 2002, Chin Poon Industrial earned the
distinction for exceptional performance in meeting Visteon's requirements for
printed circuit boards for electronics products in China, Taiwan and Thailand.
The Visteon Important Partner Award program, now in its sixth year, honors
Visteon production and non-production suppliers that achieve the highest "best
in class" ratings for quality, delivery, technology, launch and cost-control
performance. The 23 companies honored for their 2007 performance represent
less than 1 percent of Visteon's production and non-production suppliers.
"Having a world-class supply base is critical to Visteon's ability to meet
the technology, quality and cost needs of vehicle manufacturers around the
world, and these 23 suppliers represent 'the best of the best,'" said Donald
J. Stebbins, Visteon president and chief operating officer. "We are proud to

Stebbins added that Visteon's top-performing suppliers have been
instrumental in Visteon winning nearly $1 billion in new business from auto
manufacturers in each of the past two years, while improving its quality
performance and delivering innovative products to an increasingly diverse
customer base.
