                                 Result of AGM

All of the resolutions proposed at the Company's annual general meeting held
today (the "AGM") were duly passed.

Following the AGM, Stewart Millman is stepping down from the board of the
Company. Richard Last, an existing non-executive director of the Company will
become the non-executive Chairman of the Company.
