Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announced the acquisition of a new medical
centre in Cullompton, Devon, for approximately £7.96 million (net assets
acquired £7.96 million).  The entire building is let to the Devon PCT and
additionally occupied by a GP Practice and a Pharmacy.
