Surge Solutions Group, Inc. (SSGI) Signs Two Contracts Valued At $1,200,000

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., April 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Surge Solutions
Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SSGI) - Commercial Division is excited to announce
the signing of the Blue Heron Carwash construction project. SSGI and Darrell
Peterson of Peterson Property Investments, LLC - owner of Blue Heron Carwash -
came to agreement on March 13, 2008 and signed the contract with SSGI to be
the General Contractor for construction of the Blue Heron Carwash. Blue Heron
Carwash will be located on the corner of Broadway and Blue Heron Blvd. in
Riviera Beach, FL. SSGI is proud to be associated with this project and the
Community Redevelopment Association (CRA) as the carwash will be part of the
redevelopment of the Riviera Beach area. Construction has already begun and is
expected to be completed sometime in Q4 2008.
The company also signed a contract with the Boca West Country Club. SSGI
and the Boca West Country Club Board of Directors came to agreement on April
4, 2008 signing the contract for SSGI to be the General Contractor responsible
for the demolition and new construction of the Boca West Project. Boca West
Country Club is located in Boca Raton, FL. The project consists of the
removal of existing underground petroleum storage tanks (UST's), replacement
with above ground petroleum storage tanks (AST's), and construction of a 6600
SF maintenance facility building. This project is expected to start May 2008
with project completion within the 2008 CY. The combined value of the
contracts is $1,200,000.
