Heidrick & Struggles Adds New Partner to Industrial Practice in Latin America

CHICAGO, April 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Heidrick & Struggles
International, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSII), the world's premier executive search and
leadership consulting firm, today announced that Alejandro Di Capua has joined
the firm's Buenos Aires office as a Principal in the Industrial Practice.
    "Alejandro is a thoughtful, energetic professional who can help us capture
market share in Latin America and serve clients well. He is a key component of
our growth strategy for the region and for our Industrial Practice," said

Di Capua, 48, joins Heidrick & Struggles from Grupo Planeta, an Argentine
subsidiary of a Spanish media and publishing company, where he was President.
He also worked for Telefonica and Telefonica Media, where he held various
leadership positions, including Assistant President of Telefonica de
Argentina,
General Manager and Board Chair (Vice President), Board Vice President for
Azul Television, and General Manager and President of Radio Operations for
Radio Continental Media. Prior to that he was Director of Finance and
Administration at Edesur.
Di Capua earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the
University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor's degree in economics and actuarial
sciences from the University of Buenos Aires. He is fluent in Spanish,
English,
and Portuguese
