Internet Capital Group to Announce First Quarter Results May 8th Before Market Opens

Internet Capital Group (NASDAQ:ICGE) will release the financial
results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2008 on Thursday, May 8,
2008, before the market opens.

   The Company will host a conference call to discuss the first
quarter results on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
Participating on the conference call will be Walter Buckley, ICG's
chairman and chief executive officer and Kirk Morgan, chief financial
officer of the Company. The domestic dial-in number for the call is
877-407-8035. The international dial-in number is 201-689-8035.

   The Company will also host a live web cast for the call with an
attached slide presentation. To access the web cast, go to the ICG web

information tab and the icon for the first quarter conference call.
