Budget Waste Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BDGW) announced today that its independent
auditors, Cinnaman Jang Willoughby, has informed management that the final
stages
of the financial audit process are nearing completion and that the audit should
be complete before the end of April. This audit encompasses the fiscal years
ending March 31, 2006 and March 31 2007.

Promptly following receipt of its audited financial statements, BWI plans to
file Form 10-SB with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to become a
"reporting company," the next step in the process of becoming eligible to have
the
Company's shares trade on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board system.
