MESA, Ariz., April 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Chronic Car Audio, Inc.
(Pink Sheets: CCAU) of Mesa, Arizona, submitted a proposal to CDG Investments
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CDGEF) to do a reverse merger. CDGEF has the capital
to facilitate Chronic Car Audio, Inc.'s continued growth. CDGEF is listed on
the OTC BB and Chronic Car Audio, Inc. is listed on the Pink Sheets.
