The Board of Close IHT AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 16 April 2008, the
unaudited net asset value per share of the A Ordinary and B Ordinary shares was
approximately 86.18 pence per share.



This became ex-dividend on 19 March 2008 and this net asset value per share
therefore accounts for the 1.00 pence dividend. This dividend will be paid on 22
April 2008 to shareholders on the register as at 25 March 2008.
