Hill International Promotes Two Executives in Asia/Pacific Region

MARLTON, N.J. & SINGAPORE & SYDNEY, Australia--(Business Wire)--
Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing
construction risk, announced today the promotion of two key executives
in the Asia/Pacific Region of Hill's Construction Claims Group.

   John R. Brells, of Hill's Singapore office, was promoted to Senior
Vice President and Managing Director in charge of Hill's Construction
Claims Group operations throughout the Asia/Pacific Region. He was
previously Senior Vice President in charge of Hill's Singapore office.
Brells is an expert in delay and disruption analysis with nearly 25
years of experience in many aspects of construction claims analysis,
project scheduling and cost controls. Prior to joining Hill in 2000,
Brells was an Executive Consultant for Kellogg, LLC. He earned his
B.S. in industrial construction management from Colorado State
University and he is a member of the Society of Construction Law.

   Henry W. Sell, of Hill's Sydney office, was promoted to Vice
President in charge of business development for the Asia/Pacific
Region. He was previously Manager of Business Development. Prior to
joining Hill in 2003, Sell was a Senior Business Consultant with the
construction and engineering division of a major human resources
consultancy. Sell earned his Graduate Diploma in law from the BPP
College of Law in London and his M.A. in civic design and his B.A.
(Hon.) in architecture and the history of art from the University of
Liverpool. He is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
