Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, a leading

attorneys have been elected to the firm partnership. The election of
Alex Choi, Mike Holmes, Paul Obico and Monica Quinn is effective as of
July 1, 2008.

LOS ANGELES

Alex Choi (Real Estate). Choi's experience includes financing
transactions including corporate credit facilities, lease financings,
mezzanine debt, securitized loans, constructions loans, letters of
credit and other credit facilities. He represents a number of diverse
clients, including domestic and foreign entities, financial
institutions, developers and individuals.

Paul Obico (Tax). Obico's practice focuses primarily on the
formation, financing, operation, merger and reorganization of real
estate joint ventures, partnerships and limited liability companies.
He has significant experience in corporate transactions, including
formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and asset
dispositions.

Monica Quinn (Labor & Employment). Quinn's litigation practice
includes handling employment disputes including wrongful termination,
harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other employment-related
matters at all levels of state and federal court, as well as before
administrative agencies. Her employment law counseling practice
includes providing advice on employee handbooks and policies,
training, wage and hour issues, employee discipline and termination,

Mike Holmes (Litigation). Holmes' practice focuses on business and
real property litigation in state and federal courts. He has
particular experience in handling landlord-tenant, commercial
contract, accessibility, construction, corporate, and unfair
competition litigation. He is also experienced in appellate practice,
arbitration proceedings, and resolution through mediation.
