SEATTLE--(Business Wire)--
Washington-based small businesses with two to 100 employees now
have access to a host of commercial health benefit options through a
partnership between UnitedHealthcare, a UnitedHealth Group (NYSE:UNH)
company, and Affiliated Associations of America (AAOA).

AAOA offers various member benefit programs for chambers of
commerce, trade associations and professional organizations that in
turn share these benefits with their own members. AAOA offers a
variety of programs and benefits to its members including health care
coverage.

Beginning May 1, 2008, AAOA will offer a range of options from
UnitedHealthcare's product portfolio. AAOA members, depending on their
needs, will have the ability to choose from 16 different plan designs,
including PPOs and consumer-driven health plans such as health savings
accounts (HSAs) and health reimbursement accounts (HRAs).

In addition, UnitedHealthcare plans include a suite of wellness
programs designed to help consumers make more informed health and
lifestyle choices. All UnitedHealthcare participants have access to
www.myuhc.com, UnitedHealthcare's interactive Web site, where
consumers can find more information about their benefits, print
temporary ID cards, locate a physician or health care facility, and
more.

"We are collaborating with a trusted partner in the Affiliated
Associations of America in order to better serve small businesses by
providing affordable, quality health plans that meet their specific
health care needs," said Jonathan Hensley, CEO of UnitedHealthcare of
Washington. "We are pleased that AAOA selected UnitedHealthcare as its
partner in expanding access to health care for more businesses and
consumers in Washington."

"AAOA is designed to empower small businesses in Washington to
better leverage their collective purchasing power and provide more
affordable, flexible health care solutions for their employees," said
Patrick Chestnut, president of AAOA. "Our agreement with
UnitedHealthcare will give AAOA members greater access to more
affordable health care coverage for their employees and dependents."
