Solera Holdings, Inc. Schedules Third Quarter Fiscal 2008 Earnings Announcement and Conference Call

release its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2008 on
Thursday, May 8, 2008 after the market closes. A conference call will
be hosted by Tony Aquila, Solera's founder, chairman and CEO, and Jack
Pearlstein, the Company's CFO, at 5:00 p.m. EDT that afternoon.

The conference call will be webcast live in listen-only mode and
