               Silver Lake Sumeru Acquires Equity Stake
TAMPA, Fla. & MENLO PARK, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Audio Visual Innovations, Inc. ("AVI") and Signal Perfection, Ltd.
("SPL") announced today that the companies have merged to form
AVI-SPL, establishing the largest provider of global audio video
systems and integration services.

   AVI-SPL has more than 1,200 employees in more than 40 offices
across the United States, Mexico and Dubai that provide a network of
services including custom design and installation of audio video
equipment as well as rental services, product sales, managed
conferencing, IP integration, staging and production and event
management services to corporate, education, healthcare, government
and military, hospitality, financial institutions, performance venues,
stadiums and arenas, and house of worship clients. AVI-SPL is at the
leading edge of designing and delivering high-definition solutions
that have the power to transform the way individuals and organizations
