rejected the reverse merger proposal from Chronic Car Audio Inc, trading
symbol CCAU.PK. CFO of Chronic Car Audio Inc., H. Blanchette, stated that they
will continue to search and be open to reverse merger, merger, or sale of the
company opportunities. Chronic Car Audio Inc. had revenues of 7.2 million in
2007.
