Aurelian Update Recent Mining Announcements in Ecuador

 Aurelian Resources Inc. (TSX: ARU) understands that a mandate on mining
in Ecuador will be presented to the constituent assembly in Ecuador
tomorrow for debate and vote. Aurelian has not yet determined the impact
of the mandate on the Company. Aurelian does not know if the mandate will
