AT&T Affiliates Complete Wireless Asset Divestitures to MTPCS

Divestitures Satisfy Key Requirements of Dobson Communications
Corporation Acquisition

AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) has announced the completion of the
divestitures of wireless assets from the former Dobson Communications
Corporation to MTPCS, LLC.

Under the terms of the Dec. 3, 2007, agreements, affiliates of
MTPCS have acquired -- from affiliates of AT&T -- the former Dobson
properties, including licenses, network assets and subscribers, in
Texas RSA (Rural Service Area) 10 and Oklahoma RSA 5. The Oklahoma RSA
5 property includes AT&T's share of the former Dobson partnership that
held the cellular license, network assets and subscribers in portions
of that RSA. These transactions satisfy, in part, AT&T's divestiture
requirements related to its recent acquisition of Dobson.
