Company discloses information previously disclosed in 10-K
NEW YORK, April 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Fusion Telecommunications
International, Inc. (AMEX: FSN), announced today, as per Amex Company Guide
Section 610(b), that its financial statements for the fiscal year ended
December 31, 2007, included in the Company's Form 10-K filed on March 31,
2008, again contained a going concern qualification from its independent
accounting firm, Rothstein, Kass and Company, P.C.
This press release, required by the American Stock Exchange as an
additional disclosure requirement of this information that the Company
previously made public in its Form 10-K on March 31, 2008, in no way affects
the release of Financial Earnings for the 4th quarter and year end 2007, also
made on March 31, 2008. The Company has 2008 initiatives that are underway to
alleviate the going concern issue.
