series of shares to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the
Irish Stock Exchange.

Class C Ordinary Non-Voting Shares -  May 08
Class D Ordinary Non-Voting Shares -  May 08







The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to admit the above series to the Official
List and to trading on the Main Market of the Exchange with immediate effect.
