 Change of Executive Responsibilities of a Member of the Executive Directorate

The Company announces that Mr. Lincoln Leong Kwok-kuen, the Finance Director,
will, in addition to his existing responsibilities for financial control,
treasury, corporate finance, investors relations, information technology and
stores functions, assume responsibilities for business development and will be
re-titled Finance & Business Development Director with effect from 1 May 2008,
and that effective from the same date, Dr. Francois Lung Ka-kui, the China and
International Business Director will report to Mr. Leong. Dr. Lung's current
responsibilities will not change.
