Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance, provider of international
air evac services, today announced the arrival of Ms. Kristen Weivoda
as Chief Operations Officer. The addition comes as Angel MedFlight
Worldwide Air Ambulance Services accelerates growth of its operations
in the worldwide air ambulance industry.

On an end of the month conference call between the Board of
Directors in April, Jeremy Thomas Freer, Chief Executive Officer
called upon additional resilient internal leadership for the
organization. Committee deliberation included Angel MedFlight
Worldwide Air Ambulance Services current market positioning, first
quarter sales, and future forecasts. Agreement was reached to appoint
Ms. Kristin Weivoda as the Chief Operations Officer, effective
immediately.

Weivoda joins Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance Services,
LLC as a former leading manager of Air Evac Services (a medical entity
of Petroleum Helicopters Incorporated) where she spent over three
years guiding the general direction of their air medical base
operations and educational activities in order to meet the CAMTS
standards of accreditation, in addition to many of the principal
public relations events.
