Guidance Solutions Innovation, Live Gameshow and Celebrity Appearances Highlight Activity at Macrovision's TV Guide Booth #915 During NCTA'S The Cable Show 2008

plans to showcase its innovative Passport(R) and i-Guide(TM) product
lines at the National Cable Television Association's (NCTA) The Cable
Show '08, to be held in New Orleans at the Morial Convention Center on
May 18-20. Show attendees visiting booth #915 have the opportunity to
see:

   --  The latest development in set-top based IPGs for the native
        and tru2way(TM) platforms on TV Guide Interactive(R)'s
        Passport and i-Guide product lines;

   --  How its next generation Passport Echo(TM) 7.0 and j-Guide(TM)
        3.0 delivers My TV Guide(TM) services;

   --  New guidance solutions to support the tru2way platform;

   --  Industry leading guidance for HDTV, On Demand and DVR; and,

   In addition to the formal product demonstrations, several
activities will be taking place throughout the course of the show at
the Macrovision booth (#915).

   --  On Monday, May 19 at 11:30 am, 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm, TV Guide
        Network's(R) "CELEBRITY SAYS!" personality Dave Holmes is
        scheduled to host a special edition of the game show, and test
        cable industry's top operators' and executives' red carpet
        I.Q. to find out which MSO knows the most about Hollywood's
        top stars. CELEBRITY SAYS! challenges contestants to predict
        what celebrities will say next as they watch video footage and
        interviews captured from the Red Carpet. Contestants will
        guess everything from stars' favorite movies to their favorite
        kind of pie.

   --  On Monday, May 19 at 2:00-3:30 pm, TVG will host 2007 Kentucky
        Derby winning-jockey, Calvin Borel, who will be on hand to
        take pictures with NCTA attendees in a specially-built TVG
        Winner's Circle, designed to give them the feeling of really
        being at the races. Attendees can also stop by the booth on
        both Monday and Tuesday during show hours for individual
        photos within the TVG Winner's Circle.
