ImmuneRegen(R) Announces Preliminary Results on Dermatological Testing: Homspera(R) Accelerates Wound Healing in vivo and Shows Immune Enhancing Activity on Subcutaneous Administration

Company Extends Findings in Support of Licensure for Skin
                             Applications
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(Business Wire)--
ImmuneRegen BioSciences, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of IR
BioSciences Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:IRBO), today announced that
preliminary results from ongoing studies in dermatological
applications support Management's goals in pursuing licensure for
accelerated wound healing as well as subcutaneous immunomodulation and
vaccine adjuvant activity.

Intra-lesional administration of Homspera was seen to accelerate
the rate of wound closure in porcine full thickness surgical wound
studies. Additional findings regarding time course and pathology of
treated sites will be forthcoming. Based on positive results, and to
better understand the scope and mechanism of Homspera activity,
ImmuneRegen might subsequently pursue additional studies of Homspera
in models of diabetic wounds or burn injury.

The adjuvant findings were part of additional, ongoing studies
designed to further explore the previously announced vaccine adjuvant
effects of Homspera. As an adult stem cell active compound, Homspera
has been shown to impact the bone marrow-derived hematopoietic stem
cell and elevate levels of circulating immune cells. These new
findings show enhanced immune responses to antigen co-administered
subcutaneously with Homspera. This immunomodulatory activity suggests
additional mechanisms may be invoked by Homspera, perhaps including
direct, receptor-mediated stimulation of the antigen-presenting cells
of the immune system. A combination of increased immune cell number
and directly enhancing immune cell activity could underlie Homspera's
effectiveness as a vaccine adjuvant. Additional findings will be
forthcoming.
