SALT LAKE CITY, UT, May 20 (MARKET WIRE) --
Praebius Communications, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRCM) has announced that it has
completed its Ad Systems installation and contract with Kansas State University.

This contract appoints Ad Systems, Inc. as the exclusive cable advertising sales
companyfor the University's Cable TV System.
