CSI Announces Cash Dividend

PADUCAH, Ky., May 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Computer Services, Inc.
(CSI) (Pink Sheets: CSVI) announced that its Board of Directors declared a
quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share, representing an indicated annual
dividend rate of $0.64 per share.  The cash dividend is payable on June 25,
2008, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 2, 2008.
