Former SAP, MatrixOne Executive Janet Heppner-Jones Tapped to Head Cordys in the US

   Software Industry Veteran Brought on to Capitalize on 153% Growth

Cordys, a leading provider of Business Process Management Suite
(BPMS) technology, today announced that it had appointed IT industry
veteran Janet Heppner-Jones to the position of President, Cordys Inc.
In this role, Heppner-Jones will be responsible for driving the
company's US expansion as it capitalizes on the momentum of 153%
revenue growth worldwide during the last fiscal year. Heppner Jones
will report to Wim Heijting, President and Chief Operating Officer of
Putten, The Netherlands-based Cordys Holding B.V., and will be based
at the company's US headquarters in San Jose.

delivery model. As Senior Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations
at MatrixOne, she drove global sales and channel distribution. As CEO
of Convey Software, she successfully transformed the company into a
solutions provider of globalization software and services. Previously
Heppner-Jones was Senior Vice President and General Manager at SAP
America, where she ran a $550 million business unit. Heppner-Jones
also spent 7 years at IBM, twice earning the prestigious Eagle Award
given to the top one-percent of the sales force and consistently
attaining Golden Circle status. She has a degree in Computer
Information Systems from the University of Colorado.
