Billy Casper Golf Signs Exclusive Provider Agreement With ProLink Solutions

Eleven Additional Courses to Feature Game's Premier GPS System

CHANDLER, Ariz., May 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ProLink Solutions - a
wholly-owned subsidiary of ProLink Holdings Corp.
(OTC Bulletin Board: PLKH.OB) and the world's leading provider of Global
Positioning Satellite ("GPS") golf course management systems and digital-out-
of-home, on-course advertising - has been selected to install the ProLink GPS
system at nine additional properties totaling eleven additional courses.
Casper now has fifteen 18 hole golf courses with ProLink's systems managed by
Billy Casper Golf ("BCG").
    BCG already boasts ProLink GPS at four of its operations, one with 36
holes.  The additional nine facilities, three with 36 holes, bring the total
to thirteen clubs and 306 holes. Under the multi-year agreement, ProLink
Solutions becomes BCG's preferred GPS provider for managed properties and
exclusive provider for owned properties.
    These properties are located in key advertising markets and ProLink has
retained the exclusive ownership of 61% of available inventory with rights to
purchase the remaining advertising inventory.
    Co-founded by golf legend Billy Casper, BCG owns and operates a collection
of well-respected daily-fee courses in 22 states across America.  ProLink's
technologically-robust GPS system features screens mounted on roofs of golf
carts showing ball-to-hole distances and other information to further enhance
golfers' playing experiences.  In addition, the ProLink system is an important
course-management and revenue-generation tool for BCG via swifter pace-of-
play, incremental food-and-beverage sales, on-screen advertising and
procurement of more tournaments.

    With 180 golf courses installing, upgrading or renewing their leases on
