Sciences Inc.), a Nasdaq listed, biopharmaceutical company, and Senior
Business Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, L.L.P., an international
auditing, tax, and consulting firm.  Hernon is a certified public accountant
and holds an M.S. degree from Bentley College and a B.S. degree from the
University of Lowell-Massachusetts.
