Nationally Recognized Thought-Leader Joins Senior Management Team

solutions, announced today that Miriam J. Paramore has been named Senior Vice
President of Corporate Strategy, effective immediately.
Ms. Paramore is a nationally known expert in the business of healthcare
and health information technology. Most recently, Ms. Paramore was a Partner
with Commonwealth Leverage, a business development and investment company
focused on health information technology, eHealth and healthcare services.
During her 24-year career in the industry, she has held several executive
management positions including CEO of a healthcare information clearinghouse,
CEO of a healthcare technology consulting company and General Manager of
Operations for a physician/hospital receivables company.
