Company Prepares For Significant Corporate Growth
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Best Practice Insurance
Services, LLC (BPIS), a leading provider of underwriting, medical risk
management, claims management oversight and distribution services, announced
the appointment of G. Scott Cantini to the position of Chief Financial Officer
and Patrick J. Riley to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Alongside
current founders, Mr. Cantini and Mr. Riley are charged with driving the
leadership and business growth strategy BPIS needs to expand within the
insurance and medical risk management industries.
Mr. Cantini is ideally suited for this role, bringing more than two
decades of corporate finance, mergers and acquisition advisory experience to
the company. Prior to joining BPIS, Mr. Cantini worked as Managing Director
for Morgan Joseph & Co, Inc, successfully leading its private equity capital
efforts. He also worked as senior member of private equity efforts for leading
investment banks including Credit Suisse First Boston, SG Cowen, Smith Barney
and Bear Stearns. Mr. Cantini earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and
Psychology from the University of Colorado, followed by his M.B.A. in Finance
from New York University Stern School of Business.
Patrick J. Riley, CPCU offers a quarter century of insurance leadership.
Prior to joining BPIS, Mr. Riley held long-term positions at a global
insurance brokerage firm, sales manager and underwriter. For the last 18
years, he worked in various roles at Marsh, Inc., a global insurance brokerage
firm. Before joining Best Practices, Pat held the title of Managing Director
and managed the medical liability insurance company outsourcing business for
Marsh. Mr. Riley earned his Bachelors of Science degree from The Ohio State
University. He also holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter and
Associate in Risk Management designations from the Insurance Institute of
America.
