Shabber Jaffer Named as CFO and Mark Robinson Appointed as VP,
                          Product Management

services platform, today announced the appointments of Shabber Jaffer
as Chief Financial Officer and Mark Robinson as Vice President of
Product Management. Shabber's role will include managing all aspects
of the company's finances as well as domestic and international
carrier contracts while Mark will focus on product management and
development initiatives.

   Mark Robinson brings more than 15 years of product management,
marketing and sales experience to Kadoink with a proven track record
of building and launching industry-leading software products. Most
recently, Robinson served as founder and CEO of Mobile Clarity where
he established a series of revolutionary mobile software products
including the MClarity Remote Manager, an innovative technology
platform capable of remote piloting any open mobile device. Mobile
Clarity recently sold its IP portfolio to a major European concern.
Prior to his role at Mobile Clarity, Robinson was the Principal
Director of Product Management at Kyocera Wireless where he was
responsible for establishing Kyocera's Software Product Management and
the Systems Engineering Groups. He also worked at Openwave Systems,
where he oversaw the company's Mobile Browser offering and spearheaded
the launch of Openwave's client messaging product line.

   An industry veteran in hi-tech and mobile service companies,
Shabber Jaffer brings more than 24 years of experience in finance,
management and strategic operations. Most recently Jaffer was with
Fonemine, Inc. a mobile application company where he drove global
partnerships with leading online portals and content providers. Prior
to joining Kadoink, Jaffer held numerous senior level positions
including CFO at K2 Optronics, where he was responsible for all
aspects of the company's fund raising and eventual acquisition.
Additionally, Jaffer spent six years at Sun Microsystems where he
managed enterprise software businesses as general manager. Before Sun
Microsystems, Jaffer held several high-level positions at both Philips
Semiconductor and National Semiconductor where he led the financial
oversight of numerous major semiconductor sites.
