Siperian Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Recognized Software CFO, Christopher O'Meara to Spearhead the Company's
Continued Financial Growth and Profitability

SAN MATEO, Calif., May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Siperian, Inc. -- developers of
an industry leading master data management (MDM) platform, today announced the
appointment of Christopher O'Meara as the Company's new chief financial
officer. In this role, O'Meara will be responsible for all financial and
fiscal management aspects of Siperian's global operation, and will provide
leadership in the planning, administrative, accounting and budgeting efforts
of the company. His appointment is effective immediately.

O'Meara brings to Siperian more than 20 years experience serving as chief
financial officer for both public and private high-growth companies in the
software and technology industries. O'Meara has served as EVP and CFO at
Tibco Software and, most recently, he served as vice president and CFO of
Adaptec, Inc. where he was recruited as part of a turnaround management team.
In addition, he has held a number of other senior financial positions at
companies such as Packet Technologies Inc., Raychem Corp., and National
Semiconductor Inc. Chris O'Meara holds an MBA from Northwestern University
and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
