Dynamic Funds(TM) Launches Series 7 of Bank of Montreal Dynamic RetirementEdge Income Portfolios(TM)

  TORONTO, ONTARIO, May 20 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
 Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Ltd. ("Goodman & Company"),
announces the launch of the seventh series of Bank of Montreal Dynamic
RetirementEdge Income Portfolios ("Deposit Notes"), an investment
solution that balances the wealth accumulation and distribution needs of
baby boomers.

    The Deposit Notes will be available until Friday, July 4, 2008. The
Deposit Notes will be issued by Bank of Montreal on or about July 9, 2008
and are 100% eligible for registered plans.

    Series 7 will meet the ongoing demand for a portfolio solution that
allows investors to benefit from the growth potential of equities, a
stable income stream, unique tax efficiencies, systematic asset
allocation, and a fixed low annual fee. The new offering builds on the
success of the last six series, promoting sound financial planning
practices by addressing the long-term needs of investors.


  i.   Current Pay Notes(TM);
         - Monthly distributions begin immediately, at an annual rate of
           6.6% of the original deposit amount, adjusted for inflation;
         - The Deposit Notes mature on July 7, 2023.

  ii.  Deferred 5 Notes(TM);
         - Guaranteed minimum growth of 5% per year during the
           accumulation period, for a total of 25%(i);
         - Monthly distributions begin in year six, at an annual rate of
           8.25% of the original deposit amount until $99 is distributed.
         - The Deposit Notes mature on July 9, 2030.

  iii. Deferred 10 Notes(TM);
         - Guaranteed minimum growth of 5% per year during the accumulation
           period, for a total of 50%(i);
         - Monthly distributions begin in year 11, at an annual rate of 
           9.90% of the original deposit amount until $99 is distributed.
         - The Deposit Notes mature on July 8, 2033.

The Deposit Notes may, except in certain circumstances described in the 
Information Statement of the Deposit Notes, provide holders with exposure 
to the distributions and capital appreciation of portfolio of notional 
shares or units of ten Dynamic funds:

date of year 17 and in the case of Deferred 10 Notes, the Note NAV will
be at least $51 on the anniversary date of year 20. After such dates, the
NAV per Note will continue to depend on the performance of the Fund
Portfolio so long as neither an extraordinary event nor capital
