American Stock Exchange Lists Three New Invesco PowerShares ETFs

NEW YORK, May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R))
today announced that it has launched trading in three new ETFs by Invesco
PowerShares Capital Management LLC:  PowerShares Autonomic Growth NFA Global
Asset Portfolio (Amex: PTO), PowerShares Autonomic Balanced Growth NFA Global
Asset Portfolio (Amex: PAO) and PowerShares Autonomic Balanced NFA Global
Asset Portfolio (Amex: PCA).  Invesco PowerShares' new family of global asset
allocation ETFs are the first to seek global, risk-controlled asset allocation
strategies through investment in other ETFs.

    PTO aims to track the price and yield performance of the New Frontier
Global Dynamic Growth Index(TM). The Index includes ETFs selected pursuant to
a proprietary methodology of New Frontier Advisors designed to identify ETFs
covering a combination of asset classes expected to maximize long-term returns
for a risk profile targeting approximately 90% equities and 10% fixed income.
    PAO aims to track the price and yield performance of the New Frontier
Global Dynamic Balanced Growth Index(TM).  The Index includes ETFs selected
pursuant to a proprietary methodology of New Frontier Advisors designed to
identify ETFs covering a combination of asset classes expected to maximize
long-term returns for a risk profile targeting approximately 75% equities and
25% fixed income.
    PCA aims to track the price and yield performance of the New Frontier
Global Dynamic Balanced Index(TM).  The Index includes ETFs selected pursuant
to a proprietary methodology of New Frontier Advisors designed to identify
ETFs covering a combination of asset classes expected to maximize long-term
returns for a risk profile targeting approximately 60% equities and 40% fixed
income.
