WASHINGTON, May 20 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- RNC Chairman Robert M. "Mike"
Duncan released the following statement today honoring Cuban Independence Day:


"Today we celebrate Cuba's independence with the desire that one day soon
Cubans will be free from oppression in their homeland. We appreciate the many

is our hope that Cubans will enjoy the same freedoms as Americans and we
