Become a Part of History: Be Cast in the Feature Documentary: Running America

NEW YORK, May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- NEHST Studios announced today an open
casting call for its feature documentary called Running America. For the first
time in film-making history, people will be able sign up online to be cast in
this documentary and participate in this record-breaking run by registering at
http://www.runningamerica08.com . In the film, runners will follow two
world class runners along with many different celebrities along the route. In
the documentary Running America, which will be filmed in the U.S. from
approximately June 21st in San Francisco and ending in New York City 45 days
later, world class athletes and runners Charlie Engle and Marshall Ulrich will
attempt to run 3,200 miles across the country.
    United Way has also teamed with NEHST Studios and part of the proceeds
from this documentary and the record breaking run will go toward the United
Way of America.
    In 2007, Engle completed the 4,500-mile Sahara Run, running for 111
consecutive days across the Sahara in Africa. This run across the Sahara
Desert was chronicled by actor Matt Damon's production company, LivePlanet.
Damon narrates and was the executive producer of the documentary "Running the
Sahara" http://www.runningamerica08.com , which will be released by NEHST in
2008.
    NEHST is casting 5 people per mile to run with Charlie and Marshall, as
these two athletes run across the country in their quest to break a world
record. Charlie and Marshall's exact route is posted online at

Anyone and everyone is eligible to run, no matter how young, or old, no matter
if you are disabled, or if you have never run before. In the film, actors will
be running with two world class runners along with many different celebrities
