StratoComm Corporation Schedules Shareholder Meeting

ALBANY, N.Y. and EATONTOWN, N.J., May 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
StratoComm Corporation (STCO) has scheduled a Special Meeting of Shareholders
to be held in Eatontown, New Jersey at 10:00 AM Eastern Time Monday September
29, 2008.
The meeting is planned to be held at StratoComm's Development Center
located at 3 Corbett Way Eatontown, New Jersey. Based upon shareholder
attendance it may be moved to a local hotel. Among other agenda items will be
included election of an expanded Board of Directors for which the company will
present its slate of nominees. Nominations for qualified candidates will also
be accepted according to the terms of the distributed proxy.
StratoComm will engage the proxy service company Alliance Advisors, LLC of
Upper Montclair, New Jersey to coordinate distribution and tabulation of the
agenda and proxy. Formal notice of the Shareholder Meeting and associated
proxy will be distributed during the month of August 2008.
