Unitrac Enters Into Marketing Agreement with Ferrosteel

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Unitrac Railroad Materials, Inc.,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Healey Railroad Corporation and a specialty
trackwork manufacturer and distributor of new and relay rail, has entered into
a marketing agreement with Ferrosteel International.

International will primarily focus on developing new markets in Mexico,
