Digital Multimedia Technology (DMT) of Korea Selects Trinity Convergence Software for Innovative Digital Home Appliance

Trinity Convergence today announced that Digital Multimedia Technology (DMT)
of Seoul, Korea has selected its VeriCall Edge embedded multimedia software
for a digital home entertainment and video conferencing system that DMT is
developing for its network operator and service provider customers.

The new product, named Video Phone Adapter (VPA) DMV2000, will be
commercially available from DMT in the second half of 2008 and will serve as a
digital multimedia and communications center for broadband consumers. VeriCall
Edge
software provides the embedded media processing engine, including the integrated
VoIP calling and video telephony functionality. The VPA DMV2000 will also
provide
place-shifting functionality -- the ability to watch TV where you want, when
you want -- using its unique digital multimedia storage and delivery platform.

DMT is developing the product for network operators and service providers
that want
to offer a higher level of service to their residential broadband and digital
entertainment customers. In addition to enabling 2-way high-resolution
videoconferencing, the VPA DMV2000 will provide consumers with greater
flexibility
and mobility in terms of how and where they receive, store and watch their
digital media.
