BioSource Solutions Inc. Signs Private Label Deal With One of Canada's Largest Retailers

ELMSDALE, NS, May 20 (MARKET WIRE) --
BioSource Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BISL) -- a North American
manufacturer of biodegradable, biological, botanical consumer cleaning products
has
signed a private label deal under license with one of Canada's largest
retailers.
The company will manufacture under private brand license 3 (three) of its green
certified household cleaning products to more than 1000 stores throughout
Canada.
BioSource Solutions Inc. has received the initial purchase orders for the 3
products and expects to have products shipped to the retailers by the end of
May 2008. The company is also in final negotiations with two other major North
American Retailers to have up to eight of its biodegradable, botanical cleaning
products represented in hundreds of retail outlets throughout Canada. BioSource
Solutions Inc. expects to conclude negotiations for the additional 8 products
within a two week period.
