Thompson National Properties Appoints Darryll Goodman Senior Vice President, Asset Management

IRVINE, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Thompson National Properties, LLC announced today that Darryll
Goodman has joined the company as senior vice president, asset
management.

   In this position, Goodman is responsible for overseeing the
evolution of properties, from sourcing and acquisition to disposition.

   "Darryll has more than 20 years of real estate experience and
specializes in rehabilitating troubled properties," said Tony
Thompson, chairman and chief executive officer at Thompson National
Properties. "He is a tremendous asset to the team."

   Previously, Goodman was senior vice president, asset management at
Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, Inc., formerly Triple Net Properties,
LLC. During his tenure at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, Goodman sold
more than $800 million of assets on behalf of investors. Prior to
this, Goodman was vice president and operations manager at Hawaiian
Asset Management Inc., and state director of operations at the
International Council of Shopping Centers' (ICSC) Hawaii office.
Goodman earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of
Hawaii.
