Nordson Corporation Declares Third Quarter Dividend for 2008 Fiscal Year

WESTLAKE, Ohio, May 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nordson Corporation
(Nasdaq: NDSN) today announced that its board of directors has declared a
third quarter 2008 cash dividend in the amount of $0.1825 per common share,
payable on June 17, 2008 to shareholders of record on June 3, 2008.
This amount equals the $0.1825 per common share cash dividend paid in the
second quarter of fiscal year 2008.
