Ambulatory Services of America, Inc. Announces Joint Venture With Denton
Cancer Center, LP
NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Ambulatory Services of America,
Inc. announced the formation of ROSA of Denton, LLP, its fourth joint venture
to provide outpatient radiation oncology services. ROSA of Denton is a joint
venture between Denton Cancer Center, LP and ASA's subsidiary, Radiation
Oncology Services of America, Inc. ROSA of Denton will own and operate a
radiation therapy facility in Denton, Texas that was previously owned and
operated by Denton Cancer Center.

ROSA of Denton will offer state-of-the-art cancer treatment services,
including intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) in the Denton center.
The joint venture expects to build on Denton Cancer Center's legacy of
providing high-quality cancer care to the residents of the north Dallas area.
Tahir Rana, M.D. will serve as medical director for ROSA of Denton.
Dr. Rana, M.D., founder of Denton Cancer Center, said, "I am happy to join
